Potato Head License Plates

Show Your Support!

When your vehicle sports a Potato Head license plate, everyone will know you care about the issue of hunger in Rhode Island.

Your contribution will also help to put food directly on the plates of hungry Rhode Islanders. In our small state, tens of thousands of people visit food pantries each month to put food on the table. Your gift will make a difference.

Potato Head license plates cost $42.50 (one-time only fee) in addition to your registration fee. Twenty dollars of the purchase price benefits the Food Bank; the remainder covers administration costs.

Potato Head license plates were first issued in 2002 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Hasbro’s creation of the iconic toy. Sales of these plates have raised more than $50,000 for the Food Bank.
