Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Seeking an individual who will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and coordinating the employee benefits program, including the open enrollment and the employee onboarding processes. Also responsible for maintaining the HRIS system and generating HR reports. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or other HRIS systems and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in human resources. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Agency Programs Coordinator

Seeking a full-time Agency Programs Coordinator who is highly organized and detail oriented to coordinate and conduct on-site visits to ensure compliance and provide innovative support to our network of food assistance programs. This position works as part of team to develop resources and to provide trainings and networking opportunities. Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills, and be comfortable presenting. Must also have the ability to manage multiple projects and provide excellent customer service. Experience working with the community and diverse populations preferred. Ideal candidate will be bilingual, preferably Spanish.
