Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to support its day-to-day accounting operations. We welcome candidates at a variety of experience levels who are motivated to contribute to a mission-driven organization while growing their skills. An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent professional experience, is required. A minimum of 1-2 years of accounts payable and account reconciliation experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with accounting software a plus.

Truck Driver

The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is looking for a full-time, highly qualified Class A or B licensed truck driver with extensive pickup and delivery experience, including loading and unloading pallets utilizing a power pallet jack and liftgate. The candidate should also have knowledge and experience using standard warehouse equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. The individual will transport and distribute food to our local member agency network around RI. Qualified candidates will have 2 to 4+ years of clean driving experience and a willingness to assist with warehouse duties as-needed. In addition to the above listed skills and experience, the individual will be detailed and accurate for DOT paperwork.
