Compensation & Benefits Manager

  • $52,500 – $80,000 / year

Seeking an individual responsible for compensation and benefits management. This person will partner with the Director of HR to design, develop and implement new and innovative programs and processes for compensation, benefits, and HRIS, including payroll, data analytics, open enrollment, onboarding, and HR compliance.  Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or other HRIS systems and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.  Bachelor’s degree and/or 7 years’ experience in human resources with progressively higher-level HR experience related to compensation and benefits. Must be an organized, detail-oriented problem solver, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Accounts Payable Coordinator

Warehouse Worker

Seeking a full-time expeditor within the warehouse operation. The individual should have general order picking knowledge. The individual will also be responsible for packing and sorting donations. They should also have experience using standard warehouse equipment.  Looking for a team player willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
