Seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead our fundraising, communications, and volunteer engagement efforts. Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior management team, this position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes major gifts, corporate and foundation support, grants, direct mail, planned giving, and special events. The CPO also oversees the organization’s communications, marketing, and volunteer programs, working closely with internal teams and external partners to advance the Food Bank’s mission and visibility. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of senior-level experience in development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for addressing hunger and poverty in our community.
