Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for processing biweekly payroll, administering employee benefit programs, and maintaining accurate HR data using ADP Workforce Now. The Manager ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits matters. The ideal candidate will have strong background in payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR operations.
