Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Food Bank is currently conducting our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This year, we are excited to offer you the option of filling out your survey online!

The survey questions are similar to last year and should take about 20-25 minutes to complete. Your input is of vital importance to us, and we hope that all member agencies will participate.

This survey helps the food bank to provide the best possible service and programs to our member agencies. In general, the person at your agency who is most familiar with ordering and handling food from the Food Bank should fill out the survey.
