The Community Kitchen program is 14 weeks long and requires attendance from 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, daily.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

As part of our program, we require the following items:

  • United States Government issued passport

    OR

  • Government issued picture ID (such as drivers license or state ID) plus one of the following:
    • Social Security Card or
    • Birth Certificate

We also require that you provide:

  • Notarized BCI (Background Criminal Investigation) dated within 3 months of the class start date. This is available for $5 (check or money order) from:

  • Copy of your most recent physical exam or a note from your doctor stating that you are medically able to participate in our training program
  • Medical Insurance card (if you have medical coverage)
  • Proof of completion of high school, college, or GED course. In lieu of these, an educational assessment test will be administered.
